Bring it to our store
Come into our store and we will fix your device for you. We will provide you with a free repair estimate so you know what the cost of fixing your device is – before we work on it.
Order Delivery for Repair
Can't make it to our store? No worries! We offer a convenient delivery service to get your device to us for repair. Simply contact us, and we'll arrange for a reliable courier to pick up your device from your location and deliver it to our store. Once the repair is complete, you can either pick it up in-store or have it delivered back to you.

We can often repair water-damaged devices, but the success rate depends on various factors such as how quickly you bring it in and the extent of the damage. It's crucial to turn off the device immediately and bring it to us as soon as possible for the best chance of recovery.
Yes, we offer data recovery services for various devices and storage media. However, successful recovery depends on the extent of the damage. We'll assess your device and provide you with options.
If possible, back up your important data before bringing in your device. Remove any screen protectors or cases. If you're bringing in a phone or tablet, please disable any lock screens or passwords. For computers, please provide any necessary login information.
While appointments are not required, they can help reduce your wait time. You're welcome to walk in during our business hours, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment by calling us or using our online booking system.

Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on all our repairs. It covers any defects in parts or workmanship related to the specific repair. The warranty is not valid if the device has been exposed to liquid damage before or after the repair. It also becomes void if the device has been opened after it has been handed back to the customer.
Don't worry if you don't see your specific device listed on our website. As long as it's an electronic device, there's a high chance we can fix it. We specialize in a wide range of electronics repairs, and our skilled technicians are experienced with many different types of devices. We recommend contacting us directly about your specific device, as we can't list every possible item we can repair. We'll be happy to assess your device and provide you with information on whether we can help.
The average repair time in our service is 1 to 3 days, depending on the current workload and the complexity of the issue.
The repair cost depends on the number and type of damaged parts, as well as the time required by our specialists. Once we complete the diagnostics, our manager will provide you with the full price. This amount will not change afterward.
Free diagnostics — in cases where we proceed with the repair after diagnostics, the diagnostic fee is included in the repair cost. If after diagnostics it turns out that the repair is not possible, not cost-effective, or the customer decides not to proceed, the diagnostic fee is 30 euros, as our specialists invest time and resources, and sometimes purchase paid schematics for board analysis.
We are open Monday and Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00, and Tuesday to Friday from 08:30 to 21:00. Our manager is available 24/7. If we’re unable to answer your call immediately, we will get back to you as soon as possible via call or message as soon as we are available. No appointment is required — feel free to walk in during our working hours, and we will be happy to check your device. An appointment is required if you need urgent repair outside the queue.
