Bring it to our store

Come into our store and we will fix your device for you. We will provide you with a free repair estimate so you know what the cost of fixing your device is – before we work on it.

Order Delivery for Repair

Can't make it to our store? No worries! We offer a convenient delivery service to get your device to us for repair. Simply contact us, and we'll arrange for a reliable courier to pick up your device from your location and deliver it to our store. Once the repair is complete, you can either pick it up in-store or have it delivered back to you.

    We'll contact you with a detailed diagnostic report and provide a repair estimate. No work will be done until you approve the cost.


  • Expert Repair Begins
    Once approved, our certified technicians will start repairing your device using high-quality parts to ensure lasting results.


  • Final Inspection
    Before returning your device, we conduct a thorough quality check to ensure everything is working perfectly.


  • Pick Up or Have Your Device Delivered
    You can pick up your repaired device from our store, or we can arrange for delivery to your location.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your hours, when can I come to your store?

We are open from 10:00 – 19:00 PM Monday to Friday, and 10:00 – 14:00 on Saturdays. While we don't require appointments, feel free to walk in anytime during our open hours for us to take a look at your device. Please note that our shop is closed on Sundays, but if needed, you can schedule an appointment for a more convenient time.

What does it cost for you to look at my broken device?

Absolutely nothing! We don't charge any diagnostic fees.

Can the repair cost change?

The repair cost depends on the number and type of damaged parts, as well as the time required by our specialists. Once we complete the diagnostics, our manager will provide you with the full price. This amount will not change afterward.

When will I get my repaired device back?

The average repair time in our service is 1 to 3 days, depending on the current workload and the complexity of the issue.

What if my device is not listed on your website?

Don't worry if you don't see your specific device listed on our website. As long as it's an electronic device, there's a high chance we can fix it. We specialize in a wide range of electronics repairs, and our skilled technicians are experienced with many different types of devices. We recommend contacting us directly about your specific device, as we can't list every possible item we can repair. We'll be happy to assess your device and provide you with information on whether we can help.

Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?

Yes, we offer a 90-day warranty on all our repairs. This covers any defects in parts or workmanship related to the specific repair we performed.

Can you repair water-damaged devices?

We can often repair water-damaged devices, but the success rate depends on various factors such as how quickly you bring it in and the extent of the damage. It's crucial to turn off the device immediately and bring it to us as soon as possible for the best chance of recovery.

Do you price match with other repair services?

We strive to offer competitive pricing, but our focus is on providing high-quality repairs with genuine or top-grade parts. If you find a lower price for the same repair with comparable quality parts, please let us know, and we'll do our best to match or beat that price.

How long does it take to build a custom PC?

Typically, we can complete a custom build within 5-10 business days, depending on component availability and complexity.

Do you offer warranties on custom-built PC's?

Yes, we provide a 1-year warranty on labor, and all components are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.

Can you upgrade my existing PC instead of building a new one?

Absolutely! We offer upgrade services to enhance the performance of your current system.

Can you recover data from a water-damaged device?

In many cases, yes. The success rate depends on the extent of the damage and how quickly you bring it to us.

How long does data recovery take?

We take data security very seriously. For devices that contain personal or sensitive information, we use industry-standard data wiping techniques to ensure all data is completely and irretrievably erased. For devices with hard drives, we offer the option of physical destruction of the drive for added security.
