- submits a device for repair

We process personal data for the following purposes:
- providing repair services
- customer communication and support
- order registration and management
- internal communication between technicians
- quality control by technical management
- warranty service
- internal audits and safety
- repair history and device tracking
5. Video surveillance
Video surveillance is carried out in our workshop premises for security purposes.
Recordings are stored for up to 1 month.
Notice signs are displayed at the entrance.
6. Marketing communication
Marketing communication is carried out only with the customer’s consent, given when the device is handed in for repair.
The customer may withdraw consent at any time by sending a request to:

We will confirm the request and stop marketing communication.
7. Data storage and order history
We maintain a customer and order database in order to:
- provide warranty service
- access repair history quickly
- improve service quality
- ensure internal control and diagnostic accuracy
If the customer does not want their data stored, they may request deletion via email.
We will confirm the request and delete the relevant data.
⚠️ In this case, we will not be able to provide warranty or refer to previous repairs.
8. Data retention periods
- Customer and repair data: as long as required for warranty or until deletion request
- Communication messages: up to 12 months
- Video recordings: up to 1 month

- HTTPS encryption
- access control systems
- secure hosting within the EU
- restricted employee access to data
10. Data sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data, except when necessary for:
- delivery services (e.g. Omniva parcel lockers)
- legal obligations
- payment processing (if applicable)
