Warranty Terms

Effective Date: December 7, 2024
Last Updated: October 10, 2025

1. General terms

1.1. The warranty is provided only for the work performed and the parts installed, subject to all requirements specified in these terms.
1.2. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from the customer's fault, improper use, storage, transportation, or interference by third parties.
1.3. The warranty does not cover devices that have been flooded, or repairs carried out after exposure to liquids (including cleaning after flooding).

2. Warranty period

2.1. The warranty period for all performed work is 3 months from the date the device is handed over to the customer.
2.2. The warranty period does not apply to spare parts purchased from third parties (see clause 3.3).

3. Warranty conditions

3.1. The customer is obliged to use the device only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for use.
3.2. The device must not be opened, disassembled, repaired, soldered, or otherwise modified after the repair.
3.3. Parts that are not available from our European suppliers (with a 1–2 business day delivery time) may be ordered from other sellers. In such cases the service provider does not assume responsibility and does not provide a warranty for the quality or service life of such parts.
3.4. The device must not be subjected to mechanical, thermal, electrical, or chemical exposure (drops, impacts, pressure, moisture, excessive heat or cold, dust, corrosion, etc.).
3.5. It is prohibited to use non-original or low-quality chargers, cables, and other accessories that may cause damage to the device.
3.6. It is prohibited to modify the device software, install modified versions, unlock the bootloader, obtain root access, or perform similar actions.

4. Cases when the warranty is void

The warranty is automatically void if:

  • Mechanical damage is detected (cracks, impact marks, damaged connectors, housing, flex cables, etc.).
  • Traces of moisture, liquid, oxidation, or corrosion are found.
  • Evidence of device opening or unauthorized interference is detected (damaged seals, soldering marks, etc.).
  • The device is damaged due to overvoltage, a short circuit, or poor-quality power supplies.
  • Third-party spare parts or accessories not intended for the specific device have been used.
  • Software has been altered or damaged in a way that affects the device's operation.
  • Any other damage is found that resulted from the customer's action or inaction.

5. Additional conditions for screen replacement

5.1. After the device is repaired, the customer is required to check the device immediately upon receipt to ensure everything works and the result is satisfactory.
5.2. Claims submitted later regarding cracks, dark spots, flickering, or similar defects will not be accepted, as such damage unequivocally indicates impact, pressure, or other mechanical damage, and it is not possible to prove that there was no physical impact after the device was received.

6. Limitation of liability

6.1. The service provider is not responsible for loss of data, settings, passwords, SIM cards, memory cards, or accessories left on or inside the device, including protective glass or films.
6.2. The service provider is not responsible for failure of other components that are not directly related to the performed repairs or replaced parts.
6.3. The warranty does not cover software faults, application performance, data loss, or software updates.
6.4. The service provider is not responsible for natural wear and tear of parts, reduction in battery capacity, or other wear processes.
6.5. Submitting a device for repair and receiving it back after repair signifies that the customer fully agrees with these warranty terms.
